Cancelling
You can cancel from your account page at any time, with no notice period and no penalty. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. We do not charge you again after you cancel.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. Klein Cinema is digital content supplied immediately.
When you start a membership you are asked to agree that we begin supplying it straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once supply has begun. If you have not watched anything, write to us within fourteen days and we will refund you.
When something goes wrong
If the service did not work and we could not fix it, tell us at info@kleincinema.com. We would rather refund you than argue about it.
